Nichole is very knowledgeable and diligently helped me with every step of the way when moving from the Mainland to Big Island. She provided resources for shipping my items, finding a lender, finding a trustworthy house inspector, and a variety of other misc. recommendations. She saw a variety of houses for me, so I was able to pick out the place most suitable for my need. She was very prompt in house viewings and often saw houses within a day or a few hours after posting. She made the process very smooth, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else like I did Nichole with buying my house unseen. I couldn’t be happier with her service!
